Instructions for the OYSAN Risk Managment Application for AJSL Coaches and Board Members

 

  1. Follow the OYSAN Online Registration for Risk Management Application for Coaches link found on the "Links" page on www.ajsl.org.

  2. Under "League Designation" select "AJSL-Austintown Junior Soccer League" then completely fill out all the remaining information.

  3. YOU DO NOT NEED EXPRESS RISK MANAGEMENT CLEARANCE.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Print the confirmation page after you submit your information and bring it to the blind draw and give it to your age group coordinator.
